ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Liz
I’m a qualified personal trainer and bikini fitness competitor. I’m passionate about helping women discover and enjoy fitness. There’s nothing that makes me happier than seeing women get fit and strong.
Having learnt so much about diet and fitness through my own fitness journey I decided I wanted to help other women too. I love being in the company of women and knew my skills through my formal qualifications and through my own personal experiences would work better with women, so I set up my own studio where I could work exclusively with female clients in a friendly and private space.
My mission is to create an inclusive, supportive exercise environment that delivers enjoyable exercise to women to help them feel confident in a gym environment, improve their body confidence, and improve their strength & fitness. I want to create a community of strong fit women that enjoy exercise and reap the benefits physically, mentally and socially.
MY STUDIO
LP Body Goals is my unique, private, personal training and fitness studio in sheffield.
I work specifically with women to help them achieve their body goals whether that be – improved fitness, improved strength, change to body composition, increased muscle, or even just learning about resistance training.
Fitness and resistance training is my passion and I want women to be able to come to a comfortable private place to discuss freely their goals and to work out without feeling uncomfortable or judged by other gym members.

SERVICES
Personal Training
My personal training packages include:
• A free consultation to discuss your goals, your current lifestyle, and any health issues you may have. It’s also an opportunity for you to meet me and ask any specific questions.
• A personalised training plan which is created according to your goals whether that be weight loss, weight gain, general fitness, muscle development etc.
• Progress monitoring – whatever your goals are it is essential that we monitor your progress so that we can see that your plan is working, this can include tracking weight, measurements, progress photos, gym performnabce etc.
• Regular reviews of training plan/diet to accommodate your changing needs. It’s essential to regularly review progress and make adjustments to your training programme to accommodate your changing needs and ensure you are reaching your goals.
• A personalised calorie plan and support with diet.
All personal training is held in my private studio on a one to one basis so that each woman feels confident and comfortable.
Group Training
My group training class are for small groups of up to 12 women. The classes are suitable for all abilities as I can offer progression and regression exercises according to needs. I offer a variety of group training sessions including Bootcamp classes, Strength training classes and a variety of other classes. The classes are kept to small numbers so I can provide coaching and ensure each class is a comfortable and friendly environment.
